History of VIFEP development

The Institute of Fisheries Economics and Planning was established on May 7th, 1984 under the Decision No. 311TS / QD of the Minister of Fisheries, defining the tasks, rights and organizational structure of the Institute of Fisheries Economics and Planning. Then, on December 31st, 2004, the Minister of Fisheries issued Decision No. 29/2004 / QD-BTS stipulating the functions, tasks and organizational structure of the Institute of Fisheries Economics and Planning. On February 19th, 2009, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Decision No. 396 / QD-BNN-TCCB defining the functions, tasks and organizational structure of the Institute of Water Economics and Planning production. On June 7th, 2011, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Decision No. 202 / QD-TCTS-VP defining the functions, tasks, rights and organizational structure of the Institute of Fisheries Economics and Planning. On September 12th, 2014, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development signed Decision No. 3909 / QD-BNN-TCCB on defining functions, tasks, rights and organizational structure of the Institute of Fisheries Economics and Planning.
